1. Low-power system architectures and circuits for intra-chip communication
2. Scalable, high performance phase-locked loops
3. Built-in self-test (BIST) of analog and mixed-signal circuits
4. Low-power, low-voltage data converter techniques
5. Power management circuits for mobile applications
