Virtual Two-Phase Flow Experiment

In this simulation, 50 bubbles enter the vertical pipe randomly. Once bubbles reach the top where an ideal void fraction meter is located, the area-averaged void fraction at that axial location will be presented with respect to time in the next figure. We are going to modify the program for more flow parameters such as interfacial area concentration and bubble Sauter mean diameter. Time-averaged parameters will also be presented to demostrate the dampening of statistic fluctuations as time increases.
