Tracy Arras

Civil and Construction Engineering Oregon State University

Ms. Arras has been on the faculty since 2002 and teaches classes in GIS, GIS in Water Resources, and Engineering Graphics. She brings over 20 years of experience in geospatial information technologies and is a specialist in applications of geographic information systems to hydrology.
