Pointers to Simple Values
Two major operations when a pointer is referencing a primitives
- Pointer vale to another pointer
- To dereference the pointer value
int i = 7;int j = 11;int *p = & i; // set p to point to i*p = *p + 3; // i now has the value 10
Pointers should be compared only for equality.
