Hi everyone,

I am new to the mailing list and have a question hopefully someone could
point me to the direction to solve this problem.
The problem domain is in telecommunication. The problem is as the following:
There are several databases scattering around the internet which capture
the services used by subscribers. Since the subscribers can be moving around
using different terminals (i.e. wireline telepohone, IP terminal, wireless
telephone, etc), and using different services (i.e. telephone call,
multimedia, etc), I would like to track the user during specific time.
probabilities. I would like to know if there are any uncertainty model
which I could use to model the user behaviors based on the data I got.
I don't see any causal relationship exist for this model. Any pointer
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Best Regards,
Miranda
