The DEADLINE for submission of standard papers, reviewed posters, and symposia
has been extended to February 15th, 1999. This year, all submission and review
will be electronic. For each submission, it is necessary to (1) fill out a web-based
data form and to (2) send your submission in a separate e-mail message, preferably
as an attachment.
Please note that there was an error in the initial call for papers:
The maximum length for standard papers and posters is NOT 2000 words,
but is 6 printed pages in the Proceedings. Approximately 5000 words will fit if
no figures or other illustrations are included. Shorter submissions are welcome!
