ORGANIZATION OF SPECIAL SESSIONS OR GROUP OF SESSIONS for MCME and/or MCP

The Sessions organizers have the responsibility to solicit papers in their
specific area and have the full authority to accept papers for their
respective sessions.

The Sessions organizers (if their proposal is accepted) will proceed to
their personal email Announcement (Call for papers for your Invited Session)
containing the title of their special
session and will distribute it to their colleagues of their electronic
mailing list. They may add this WSES MCP'99 Announcement.
Finally, they will send to us the whole package containing the papers of
their session no later than July 15, 1999. The authors of the special
session(s) must submit to the session organizer the first three of the
items found in the following paragraph.
