I'm a member of the Media and Machines lab in the Department of
Computer Science and Engineering.  The lab is physically located on
the 5th floor of Lopata Hall, and is home to research in a variety of
areas, including mobile robotics, machine learning, computer graphics
and computer vision.  Part of the charter of the lab is to explore new
research directions in the intersections of these fields.  Check out
