Welcome to the research group of Dr. Arturo Leon. Our main research interests are on the areas of hydraulic transients (open-channel, pressurized, mixed flows and two-phase flows (air-water interaction)), stormwater management and modeling, computational hydraulics (CFD), real-time control of multi-objective and multi-reservoir systems under uncertainty, and physical modeling of hydraulic structures (e.g., fish passage, turbines, flood gates, flood control).
