Approximate Weights for Grading: Assignments and Quizzes 50% Exams 50% The course grade will be assigned according to the total of the scores of your assignments and examinations. The scores are weighted according to their relevance in this course. Since most students receive good scores on assignments, your grade will be severely hurt if you fail to turn in the assignments. An assignment must be turned in in class on the day it is due. An assignment late for a legitimate reason may be accepted when a signed explanation is provided.
