CS 440 Grading

Approximate Weights for Grading:

Assignments:	30%
Exams:	30%
Project :	40%

1. The course grade will be assigned according to the total score of your assignments and examinations and the grade on your project. Since most students receive good scores on assignments, your grade will be severely hurt if you fail to turn in the assignments.
   
   
2. An assignment must be turned in in class by each student on the day it is due. A student must not bring assignments of other students.
   
   
3. An assignment late for a legitimate reason may be submitted with a signed explanation.
   
   
4. Any grading problem must be reported within one week after a graded work is returned.
   
   
5. Please refer to the departmental policy on academic dishonesty.
