If you are in a browser, an additional way to connect is
- Go to:
https://oregonstate.webex.com
- Enter the meeting number.
- A sign in a box will pop up.
- Type your name as you wish it to be displayed.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Join.
- Click Connect to Audio.
- Use the chat panel to communicate with others in the meeting.
We will be broadcasting both video of the screen and video of the speaker.

If you are on an iPhone or iPad
- Download/Install Cisco WebEx Meetings from the App Store.
- Open the app.
- Enter the meeting number.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Click Connect Using Internet.
- Note: you will be using your mobile device data plan unless you are on a WiFi connection.
If you are on an Android phone or tablet
- Download/Install Cisco WebEx Meetings from the
Google Play Store, or the Amazon Appstore for Android, or from
http://m.webex.com
- Open the app and tap Join by Number
- Enter the meeting number.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Tap Join.
- Tap Audio Connection
- Tap Connect using Internet.

If you are on a Windows Phone 8
- Download/Install Cisco WebEx Meetings from the Windows Phone store (Apps+Games).
- Tap the WebEx Meetings tile
- Tap Join by Number.
- Enter the meeting number.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Tap Join.
- Tap Connect to Audio
- Tap Connect using Internet.

If you are on a BlackBerry
- Download/Install Cisco WebEx Meetings from BlackBerry World.
- Open the app.
- Enter your name.
- Enter the meeting number.
- Tap Join.
- Tap Audio Option
- Tap Connect using Internet.
- Note: you will be using your mobile device data plan unless you are on a WiFi connection.
If you are joining by phone
- Dial 415-655-0002 (this could be a toll call, depending on how you do it!)
- Use the Access Code: 925686412

- Please mute your microphone.
- If you have a question or comment, use the WebEx chat box.
- It will help us here if you precede your text with COMMENT or QUESTION.
If you will be voting remotely
Apparently the smartphone app versions of ResponseWare have problems.
It's recommended that you not use them.
Instead, go to

This session should not require a license number.
You can use your laptop, tablet, or phone to sign in through the web interface.
