Message Queue Manager(MQM) Demo
Overview of Message Queues
Note: This demo is functional only with browsers supporting HTML
version 2 or later (e.g., Netscape 2.0 or higher).
A window like this one will be brought up at startup, with the
default settings shown. Each colored square represents a process. The color
scheme tells the number of pending message operations in the selected message
queues.
In this demo, you can:
- include or exclude pending message queues by clicking on the "Message pending receipt" button.
In real MQM session, you can click on any radio buttons to include or exclude the corresponding message queues.
- see contents of message queues by clicking on the outlined square.
In real MQM session, you can click on any squares to see the processes' message queues. A square will be outlined when it's pointed to, and process id shown at the bottom.
- see "Change Filters" dialog box by clicking on the "Change Filters ..." button.
- select a subset of processes by clicking on the "Select Process Subset ..." button.
