Intelligent Scissors and Image Composition

In this project, we created a tool that allows a user to cut an object out of one image and paste it into another. This tool helps the user trace
the object by providing a "live wire" that automatically snaps to and wraps around the object of
interest. This project is based on the paper http://www.cs.washington.edu/education/courses/455/02wi/readings/mort-sigg95.pdf, by Eric
Mortensen and William Barrett, published in the proceedings of SIGGRAPH 1995.
