Before coming to America, I taught three years in Tsinghua University (1911 -). Located in the northwest of Beijing, it has nurtured some of the most prominent scientists, engineers, writers, poets, and politicians. Besides academic excellency, the cultivation and enrichment of one's spirit and mind is an important part at the Tsinghua University.

Left: A great soul will be strong to live as well as think

Right: God will help those with Self-discipline and Perseverance

Middle: Being powerful is like being a lady. If you have to tell people you are, you aren't

Tsinghua University is renovated from a royal summer palace in Qing Dynasty. It has one of the most historical and beautiful campaus in the world. If you take a walk, you will be amazed by numerous historical sculptures, sites and museums.  The imprints on the walls and stones record the ups and downs in Chinese history.
