 &nbsp; 50  pts &nbsp; : Coded project and it looks reasonable, but it won't compile, or does
           not work at all.<br>
 &nbsp; 70  pts &nbsp; : Coded project, does something but nowhere near correct functionality.<br>
 &nbsp; 85  pts &nbsp; : Coded project, close to correct to functionality.<br>
100  pts &nbsp; : Coded project, perfect functionality.<br>

Late Submission Grading  <br>
1. The late turn-in policy: -20% if submitted within one week of due date. After that, its a 0.<br>
