Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, craisins, shredded cheddar and green onions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar and mayo. Pour over broccoli in the medium bowl. Let this sit overnight.
  4. Just before serving, add the crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds.
