The particular game we will illustrate is called Klondike, and is one of the most popular solitare games. Cards our dealt out to the table in a triangular fashion. Cards build up in the suit pile in increasing order in suits, cards are played on the table in alternating colors in decreasing order. Cards are flipped one by one from the deck to the discard pile, from which they can then be played.
