This was a bit of contract work I did for Rogue Wave.
Basically, I wrote the tutorial, and other folks
(Wendi Minne, Tom Pearson, and Randy Smithey)
filled in a lot of the other stuff.
As I learned when I did consulting,
you can interesting work, or you can do work that
pays well, but it is hard to do interesting work
that pays well. This paid well.
