Through a generous donation from Harlequin, Incorporated, we have been granted permission to distribute the runtimes of Liquid Common Lisp (trademark) as part of this Forms/3 distribution ("the Software"), subject to the following agreement.

By downloading this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should promptly destroy your downloaded copy.

This license does not permit the distribution of the Software or any part thereof, to any third party.

This license does not permit modification of the Software or any part thereof.

You may make only one copy of the Software solely for back-up purposes and only in machine readable form. No other copies shall be made without prior written consent.

Harlequin shall at all times retain all right, title to, and interest in the Liquid Common Lisp (trademark) portion of the Software, including, but not limited to, patent, copyright, trade secret, trade mark and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights. Except as expressly provided in theis Agreement, no license is granted or implied. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Liquid Common Lisp (trademark) portion of the Software unless for interoperability purposes and then only if all conditions of Article 6 of Council Directive 91/250/EEC are met.

Please note that the Forms/3 implementation is a research prototype: bugs and problems are present, although we've done our best to keep them to a minimum.

The license and any rights granted hereunder may not be sold, assigned, sublecensed, or otherwise transferred.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR THEIR EMPLOYERS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE AND ITS DOCUMENTATION (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR THEIR EMPLOYERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
