Use cases: are a reasonable number of representative use cases described? In sufficient detail to do risk assessment, permit planning and design? For requirements theses should focus on external interactions with users and other systems. Requirements: are both functional and non-functional requirements listed? Functional: These should focus on what users (external agents) in various roles can do with the system, not how it does it. Non-functional: Are a representative set of non-functional requirements included: Implementation: systems/languages/softwate-packages, etc Users: how user friendly must system be? (how sophisticated are users) Development/test environment contraints (location or time available?) Special documentation/delivery/training constraints? Team participation: Did all team members participate?
