• Registration Form

• Emergency Information form

• Code of Conduct
  (Yes, we follow the same Code of Conduct as the athletic teams do. No, you don't really need a physical to do Robotics.)

• Transporting Students in Private Vehicles

Parent Volunteers

No FIRST robotics team can last very long without our much-appreciated parent volunteers. We need your help!

• Here are the activities for which we need parent volunteers.

• Mentoring is fun and very rewarding.
  The Call for Mentors explains what is involved.

• NEW FORM 12/16/2013
  If you plan on working with the team as any sort of volunteer, we need you to fill out a
  Volunteer Application (PDF)
  or,
  Volunteer Application (Word)

  Even if you are not sure what you want to volunteer to do, it is helpul to fill out the form now anyway. That way, when the time comes, the form will already be in place.

• NEW FORM 12/15/2013 In addition, the Corvallis School System requires a background check for all adult volunteers.
