Notes on Hayes-Roth paper

I have tried to develop a notation to describe problem spaces. Using that notation, I put together the following diagram to describe my understanding of Barbara Hayes-Roth's Figure 5. In reality, a problem space could be built out of any combination of these sensing and decision boxes.
