Professor, 1992)
- Department of Mechanical Engineering,   Oregon State University, Corvallis,  Oregon.
 Responsible for graduate and undergraduate courses in Mechanical  Design and
Computer Aided Design.  Established Design Process Research Group  funded by NSF, 
Shclumberger,   Tektronix,   SDRC and   Hewlett Packard.    Additional research in
mechanical power transmission   and energy storage.  Responsible for the funding and
development of the   School of Engineering's Computer Aided  Design (CAD) Facility. 
Responsible for bringing industrial design problems  into the classroom as a major
teaching tool.  Sabbatical leave 9/91-8/92 at  the University of Twente,  the
Netherlands;  University of Trondheim,   Norway;  and Cambridge University,   U.K.

 Founder and first president of bicycle manufacturing company.  Developed   products,
