Canvas Survey Sentiment Analyzer

1. Instructions

To download a .CSV file from a Canvas Survey:

1. Inside your Canvas Course, navigate to Quizzes.
2. Click on the Survey name in the list.
3. Click Survey Statistics. This option will be provided on the right or bottom of the frame.
4. Click the Student Analysis button to download the .CSV file.
5. Locate the file on your hard drive and open it in a spreadsheet or text-only app.
6. Locate the column heading for the responses you want to analyze. This tool will analyze one column at a time. The column name might look like this:
