Upon the request of several colleagues, this is to announce
the availability of WEBWEAVR-III, a research toolkit and testbed for
normative decision support systems.
WEBWEAVR-III supports the construction of Bayesian networks,
inference in standard and dynamic Bayesian networks and decomposable
Markov networks, construction and verification of multiply sectioned
Bayesian networks (MSBNs), inference in multi-agent MSBNs, and learning
decomposable Markov networks. It is written as Java applications and
hence runs in any platforms with Java. It has graphical user interfaces
and extensive on-line help. As a research and teaching tool, it is
evolving continuously.
