For those who have downloaded BN PowerConstructor 2.0 before Dec. 12, please
uninstall & download again. Two bugs have been recently found and fixed,
both of them may affect the learning accuracy.

Bugs fixed:
(1) threshold setting to less than 0.7 times of default value was not
effective
(2) improper reading from data files whose attribute values are numbers like
0,1,2,3...
