I had a paper in the 1997 Uncertainty Conference Proceedings comparing
learning algorithms for Bayes' nets to human causal learning. I also am
doing some studies on humans testing some of this. But none of these
results have been published yet. I also have some references on studies
indicating humans discount normatively. Let me know if you want them. I
think these results may not interest you as the Bayes net is the subject of
the studies rather than being used to conduct/examine the studies.
