B.S in Physics, Southwest University, China, M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Oregon State University. Fanghui is now pursuing a PhD degree with a focus on photonic crystals and surface plasmonics for optical sensing.

B.S. in Physics, Fudan University, China (2011). His current research is focused on plasmonic modulator based on transparent conductive oxide (TCO).

B.S. in Materials Science an Engineering, University of Science and Technololgy Beijing, China (2012). M.S. in MSE, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (2014). Qian's current research interest is focused on plasmonic based on electro-optic modulator.

Xinyuan Chong

Yuting Xi obtained his dual B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at Dalian Jiaotong University, China. He is currently working on ultra-sensitive detection of biomolecules using plasmonic sensors.

Dr. Xianming Kong

Dr. Xianming Kong received his Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2012, and worked as a postdoctoral researcher in School of Chemical Technology, Aalto University, Finland, where he has developed flexible SERS substrates base on wood products and used SERS in Anti-counterfeiting technology. He joined Prof. Wang's Group in June 2015. His current research is focused on bioenabled SERS substrates and the application of SERS sensors for biological and chemical detection.

Kenny Squire

Kenny Squire earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2015.  He researched holography and volumetric displays at BYU. His current research in Dr. Wang's group focuses on optical biosensors using plasmonic nanostructures .

Jyotindra Shakya

Ph.D. Candidate

After MS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University  Jyotindra Shakya started doing research in Lasers and Optics. He have 10 years of experience in industry designing Analog/Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits. He is currently working with Prof Wang on Photonic Analog to Digital Conversion using laser gain medium.
