Just want to clarify that the BNC format is used in BN PowerPredictor, not
    BN PowerConstructor.

BNC format describes a Bayesian net or Bayesian multi-net classifier. It
specifies the class node, mis-classification cost function, and only the CP
tables for the nodes in the Markov blanket of the class node. So it cannot
be converted to general Bayesian net formats.

BN PowerConstructor doesn't have its own format. It can read and write
    various formats.

    For more information, check www.cs.ualberta.ca/~jcheng/bnsoft.htm.
