    How to build a system that can advise the individual from collective
    observation analysis?

    We provide a collaborative space for Telco operators, basically collecting
    data from their networks and allowing them to analyze and communicate around
    a project.
    This application InVision Telco Suite recognize each user based in role and
    realm of activities, since we keep tracking users behaviors, we are looking
    for ideas where we could learn from the collective to enhance each
    individual decision, example the system would suggest to an engineer how
    other engineers process issues.
    I'm interested by Bayes and other theories looking for what can be done, I
    would appreciate any feedback, or idea in regards how we can use what to
    produce what
