I am looking for a free package (for student use) for developing and
solving influence diagrams.
Thanks,
Rich

The web page at http://bayes.stat.washington.edu/almond/belief.html
listing a variety of software pacakges is still there. It is also
rather badly out of date. You may want to check out all of those
packages. There are some additions and deletions to the list which I
have not made. I think there are also some changes (for example. I
think Hugin has added influence diagrams since I last updated the
list).

Which brings me to another point. I simply have not had time to
update this list in the past year or so. I don't think things are
going to get better. Is there somebody who wants to take over this
web site (or at least work with me on entering the changes?) If so,
I'd be grateful.

Thanks,
