Summary

The vision of the Product Delivery Process is to provide a structure that consistently delivers products and systems which satisfy end user customer needs and internal quality, cost and delivery commitments. PDP must be responsive to changing worldwide business conditions to measurably affect our QCDs. In reality, this means that PDP must be a consistent discipline with enough flexibility to allow customization for particular priorities on product programs.

PDP also includes human resources. It is all of us working together as customers and suppliers to each other using Leadership Through Quality principles in a continued effort to excel in the delivery of quality products.

The goal of PDP is to assist all PDT members in their work of developing and delivering leadership products: to provide each individual the opportunity to learn new skills and further career growth.
