How to Submit Written Discussions on Papers

TRB makes it possible for Annual Meeting attendees to submit a written discussion of any paper presented at the Annual Meeting. Written discussions (due February 1) will be considered for publication in the TRB Record series along with the actual paper. The author of the paper has the opportunity to submit a closure to the discussion. Click here for more information: http://www4.trb.org/trb/annual.nsf/web/discussions
