Included

Five selectable procedural sets, standard chess rules, local two-player or computer-opponent play, orbit and zoom controls, animated captures, sound, responsive touch controls, coordinate-based move input, move history, and undo.

This local browser game supports two players or a compact computer opponent. It does not claim online matchmaking, accounts, or a backend. The 3D renderer loads pinned Three.js modules from jsDelivr and requires internet access.

Problem, implementation and evidence

A launcher, source implementation and a playable engine are different acceptance surfaces.

The existing chess launcher and protected engine files remain separate from the learning companions.

What the evidence establishes

Engine bytes preserved in this content release. New learning-model checks do not imply a new full-game acceptance run.

Reproduce or extend

Use the established chess browser gate for launch, interaction, restart and return before deployment.
